In this article, I will use the Python programming language to show a few examples of how you can retire within 10 years with any income by investing half your income into an asset that returns an average of 8% per year for 10 years and have enough money left over to meet your expenses. You actually meet your expenses in 10 years, but you are also withdrawing 8% per year which is more than the recommended 3% to 4% withdrawal rate. Of course, I will need to make a few assumptions.
