Install R and RStudio On Windows
Install the R-Programming Language and it’s IDE RStudio
In this article I will show you how to install r and rstudio on the Windows operating system. Here is a video that shows all of the steps.
Download and Install R and RStudio for Windows
- Download R -Programming Language:
https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/
R is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. It is a GNU project which is similar to the S language and environment which was developed at Bell Laboratories (formerly AT&T, now Lucent Technologies) by John Chambers and colleagues. R can be considered as a different implementation of S. There are some important differences, but much code written for S runs unaltered under R.

Click on Download R 3.4.3 for Windows and run the installation file. You can basically just Click next until it’s finished.


2) Download RStudio:
https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/
RStudio is a free and open-source integrated development environment for R, a programming language for statistical computing and graphics. RStudio was founded by JJ Allaire, creator of the programming language ColdFusion. -Wikipedia

Click RStudio Desktop Open Source License Download button.


Click on RStudio 1.1.442-Windows Vista/7/8/10 if you are using any of those operating system.
Run that executable file and follow the steps, and you’re done !
